Deadline for pool teams

TEWKESBURY Sports Pool League, sponsored by Tewkesbury Sports Shop and Woody's Fruit and Veg, begins its new season on Sunday, September 5.

New teams wishing to participate will need to contact the treasurer, Gary Francis, by next Friday, August 13 on 07789 954563.

It costs £15 to register a team and £5 per player with a minimum of five required to play a match.

For existing teams, all money should be paid on or by Sunday, August 15.

The league chairman and secretary will be at Spot-On Pool Hall above King John's Tavern in Tewkesbury on that night between 7.30 and 9.30pm to collect all outstanding entry money and registrations.

Any new enquiries will be more than welcome.
