FOUR of the Birdseye Sports Evesham Sunday League's newcomers made winning starts on the opening day of the new season.
Royal Oak took top honours hitting nine past Bengeworth Sports with Davies (4) and Crawford (3) doing the damage.

Champions Moreton Wanderers needed a strong second half performance to overcome Ambassador but strikes from Mills (2), Jeffs, Shurmer and Payne proved sufficient.
Evesham WMC hit five past Willersey with Lewis scoring twice, while Offenham Rovers, 3-0 up at half-time, held off a strong fightback from Mickleton to grab a 3-2 triumph.
