    WEDNESDAY CLUB: Members met on August 4 when Mrs M Boath presided. The garden party was cancelled due to the bad weather so everyone gathered in the village hall as usual. Birthday cards were distributed, a number of members are on the sick list and the club wish them all a speedy recovery. The evening drive takes place on Tuesday, August 17 when the coach leaves the village hall at 6pm with supper at Harvest Home, Greet. read more
