Comic mystery plays in city

A MODERN classic in an ancient tradition comes to Worcester tomorrow night.

Mistero Buffo is a collection of Comic Mystery Plays from actor and writer Dario Fo, being performed at the John Moore Theatre in Worcester by the York-based riding Lights Theatre Company.

Dario Fo performed the plays in car factories, boxing rings and open-air arenas throughout Europe in the 1970s, enjoyed by crowds of ordinary people who came to watch.

Riding Lights is an independent theatre company which has been touring the UK for 27 years.
