RBL WOMEN'S SECTION: Held their February meeting in the Betteridge Room. After the business David Cresswell gave a talk Tales of a Village Blacksmith. David was thanked by Mrs Brown.

The evening ended celebrating Mrs Bright's 90th birthday, and members enjoyed a birthday sponge made by Sally Westmacott.

Hostesses were Mrs Bright, Mrs Bradley and Mrs Brazier. The monthly prize was won by Mrs Smith. A bingo has been organised for February 26, 8pm in the village hall proceeds to the tsunami disaster.
