A BIRMINGHAM man who admits going to the home of a woman when he was barred from doing so by a restraining order will be sentenced in a fortnight.
Terence Hamilton, of Sutton Road, Aston, has pleaded guilty to one allegation of going to Annabelle Kinnear's home in Chipping Campden and making 273 phone calls between December 17, 2003, and January 19. 2004.
He also admits making telephone calls to her and going to her address on May 16 last year.
He also admits making further phone calls to her between June 13 and 16, 2004.
He denies going to Annabelle Kinnear's home on July 11 and sending her 236 text messages between December 17, 2003 and January 19, 2004.
All the charges allege he was in breach of restraining orders made at Cheltenham Magistrates court in April 2003.
Mark Worsley, prosecuting, told the court that he needed more time to consider the basis of the plea because Hamilton did not accept the full extent of the allegations against him. Recorder Karol Lasok QC agreed to adjourn the case until Friday, February 18.
Hamilton was remanded in custody.
