Freedom in many languages

A WORLD premiere of a piece of groundbreaking new theatre is promised by a Cheltenham company. TaurusVoice, one of the Everyman Theatre's associate companies, is presenting its new show Voices of Freedom.

The aim is to allow prison as a metaphor to inspire the audience in their own quest for freedom.

Texts come from writers from Russia, Turkey, Malawi, Poland, Mahgreb, South Africa and Argentina and the play combines language, singing and choreography. It runs from tonight until Saturday and tickets, £7.50, are available from the box office on 01242 236700.
