Alison lands crib prize

THE League Singles Cup was the prize for the winner at Offen-ham RBL on Monday when 47 registered players were in action.

Taking the honours was Alison Conway of the Golden Cross B team who defeated Henry Pearce of the Rowing Club 2-0 in the final.

It's the finals of the Consolation and Knock-out Cup competitions on Monday when Queens Head (IC) will play the Coach and Horses at the Hospital SC and the Swan will face the Bear Hotel respectively.

On the same night, the Rowing Club and Eve-sham Hospital B will meet to decide who will be crowned Division One Champions.

The league Doubles competition will be held at Bretforton RBL on Monday, April 18 when one pair of league registered players may be entered from each team.

Teams must report to the match secretary by 7.45pm ahead of the draw at 7.55.

Entries for the Super Cup events - pairs and singles - can still be made at the venues listed above.Competitions will take place at the Rowing Club on Monday, April 25 for the singles and the pairs on Monday, May 9.
