Good start on green

NORTHWICK BC have made an encouraging start to what promises to be a packed schedule of matches.

The Blockley club won a trio of mixed triples encounters at the end of last month before starting May with a double helping of success in three and four-rink matches.

Scores Mixed: Northwick 79, Littleton 44; Northwick 84, Shipston 41; Northwick 84, Little Compton 55. Three-rink: Northwick 88, Welford 60. Four-rink: Northwick 64, Broadway 51.
