Dance version of Hamlet

TWO interesting dance events are being staged in Tewkesbury next week.

The story of Hamlet is being brought to life in dance by the exciting young company Independent Ballet Wales.

The company interprets some of the finest characters in literature and is known for its innovation as well as its skills and costume design.

Another top contemporary company, the London Contemporary Dance School, is paying Tewkesbury a visit on Wednesday.

Dancers from Korea, England, Italy, Spain and Taiwan comprise this year's group from the dance school and they will be presenting a programme called EDge, containing work from five leading choreographers.
