Harry to meet Sally on stage

ONE of the most popular romantic comedy films of all time - When Harry Met Sally - has been adapted for the stage and is coming from the West End to Malvern, complete with an all-star cast.

The Academy Award-winning film famously starred Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan as the two New Yorkers who take more than a decade to finally decide upon an answer to their question - can a man and a woman sleep together and still be friends?

The stage version, which has been praised by the critics, is now on a national tour and stars Gaby Roslin as Sally. Her Harry is Jonathan Wrather, known to millions as former Coronation Street heartthrob Joe Carter. Top jazz artist Jamie Cullum has provided the soundtrack.

It's on stage in the Festival Theatre, Malvern, from Monday to Saturday, July 11 to 16. Tickets, £11 to £14 are available from the box office on 01608 892277 or at www.malvern-theatres.co.uk.
