Keep the write stuff

In last week's Journal, it said that following the proposed cuts to Evesham Hospital, 103 letters of objection have been written so far.

With a population of 23,116, that does not even equate to 1% of our population.

Please, please, please, take 20 minutes out of your time and write and object to these outrageous and unfair cuts.

20 minutes of inconvenience now, is much better than a lifetime of inconvenience having to travel for treatment to different hospitals miles away.

Don't sit there thinking you can't make a difference, or that you can leave it to someone else.

Collectively, we can all make a difference.

Evesham Hospital is a centre of excellence. The staff are excellent, the service they provide is second to none.

Evesham residents, and residents in the surrounding villages rely on their local expertise and first rate care.

They, and the superb staff of our hospital deserve so much better than this.
