A FUN-packed musical show with an environmental message is touring Cotswold schools this summer.
Destination Earth, performed by the Quantum Theatre Company, aims to help children learn about rubbish, recycling, acid rain, the Greenhouse effect and how the hole in the ozone layer is made.
The all-singing all-dancing musical sci-fi epic will be visiting primary schools in Ebrington, Bledington and Chipping Campden among others.
Cotswold District Council's sustainable energy officer Gary Packer said: "We're funding the shows with the help of Scottish Power as a fun way of encouraging children to think about the amount of waste they and their families produce.
"We want them to take home the message that reducing or recycling waste and using less energy could make a big difference in the changes to Earth's climate."
