Junior season ending

JUNIOR action in the Cots-wold Hills League is almost at an end for another summer.

Overbury were crowned cha-mpions of the Under-12 south west section with overall champions Stratford taking top spot in the north west.

Tanworth-in-Arden emerged as overall winners of the Under-13 league with Dumbleton taking the Under-14 honours.

There was a geographical split in the Under-16 league with Moreton-in-Marsh winning the south west and Stratford topping the standings in the north east.

The Shield competition in the same age group saw the two lock horns with Stratford defeating their Cotswolds rivals.

The Under-16 Plate competition was won by Bidford.
