Rangers rulers at sixes

AN UNBEATEN sequence for the Blues earned the Under-13s from Moreton Rangers success at the club's Six-a-Side tournament.

To cap a good day for the London Road set-up, the Reds were winners of the Plate competition.

The brace of pre-season wins will hopefully be an omen for the new campaign that will see the youngsters playing their football in the Witney and District League A Division after last season's promotion triumph.

The first training session takes place next Monday evening from 6pm at More-ton Cricket Club.

The club's open age Satur-day afternoon side begin their preparations for the new Cheltenham league campaign two nights later with an opening training session at London Road.

New players will be made welcome for the 6.30pm start.
