RANGERS' unbeaten start to the new year continued last Saturday.

Moreton have been playing with great continuity since the turn of the year when their football has been easy on the eye. Last weekend it was the never-say-die attitude that helped claw back a 3-1 half-time deficit.

Red certainly wasn't Saracens' favourite colour come the end of the match and that's not referring to the late dismissal of one of their players but the lethal Ben Shurmer.

A rasping 25-yard volley and a cultured free-kick were the highlights of an impressive hat-trick from the man they now call the ginger assassin!
