GOOD FRIDAY: The Procession of the Cross held annually will start from Mickleton, calling at Aston-sub-Edge, Weston-sub-Edge, and Saintbury then on to St Peter's Church for a service at 11.30am. Later, after a service at the Methodist Church, the planting of the Cross will take place on Sawpit Green. The start of the procession is at 9.30am and may be joined at any point en route.

MUNCH BUNCH LUNCH: The next lunch at the Methodist Church Room will be at 12.30pm on Wednesday, April 19. Inquiries to Elizabeth Ingles on 853400.

BLOOD DONOR SESSION: The regular sessions continue to be well-supported and new donors are invited. The next sessions will be on Monday, May 22, from 1pm to 3.15pm and 4.30pm to 7pm. Details are being displayed around the village.

MOBILE POLICE: The next visit by the van will be on Monday, April 24 between 9.45am and 10.45am. Any policing problems can be dealt with or complaints made.
