Station is the venue

THE weekly club run for members of Eve-sham Wheelers was to Toddington Station.

Ten B riders made up the group that trave-lled through Harving-ton, Fladbury, Elmley Castle, Ashton, Beckford, and Alder-ton and on to coffee at Toddington.

The return was via Broadway, Willersey, Badsey to cover 46 miles.

Richard Rhodes led the A group on a tough 60-mile ride through Welford, Long Marston and over Larkstoke Hill, the highest point in Warwickshire.

It was on to Chipping Campden and a climb up to Snowshill followed by a fast descent down Stanway Hill to the coffee stop at Toddington Railway Station.

The latest Time Trial was on the K39/10T starting at Teddington from where the senior riders rode some good times.

Results: Andy Bolton 23.22; Steven Goodbier 25.09; Martin Hall 25.52; Martyn Cole 26.59; Adrian Main 27.19; Richard Rhodes 27.50.

The winner was Garry Bartram (23.01) from the Wyre Forest.

This week's run will be to Cirencester and Hilcot Valley, starting at 9am outside Argos and open to all-comers.
