Up and down for starters

NORTHWICK have made a mixed start to their new season with two wins and two defeats in their opening four matches.

A quartet of Triples won at Littleton and the same format also brought success at home to Shipston Sports.

Four more Triples were in action at home to Little Compton but it was the visitors who emerged victorious and it was the same story when Welford travelled to Blockley.

The club's youngest member, Damien Cooper, has qualified to play for the county in the Under-25 Two-Rink competition.
