BOURTON Roadrunners handed over a cheque for £1,000 to the Healing Hands Charity, whose work includes relief for victims.
The money was raised from this year's Bourton Goldsmiths 10K.
The competitors themselves donated a sum just under £500 and the rest was donated by Bourton Roadrunners.
Race organisers Martin Jewell, Alistair Lockey and Bert Jess were on hand to hand over the cheque to Richard Rasdall.
