TEN First Schools were in action in a Small Schools Football tournament, sponsored by GLS, and it was Broadway who emerged victorious.

The teams were split into two groups with the winners facing each other in the final.

Broadway topped a group consisting of Cropthorne, Elmley Castle, Ashton-under-Hill and Offenham, while Cleeve Prior First School came out on top of a group that also featured St Mary's, Broadway, Fladbury, Eckington, Bretforton and St Mary's Primary.

The final was staged at Broadway where the hosts ran out comfortable 4-1 winners.
