North & Middle Littleton

PARISH COUNCIL: At the May meeting Cllr Colin Emms was re-elected chairman and Cllr Alan Lloyd vice-chairman.

Local Transport - There is still concern regarding the withdrawal of the bus service to North Littleton. Information is awaited from the Passenger Transport Group.

Bus Shelter (crossroads) - Details of proposed sides and seating have been forwarded to Worcestershire County Council.

Play Area (proposed new equipment) - There has been a positive response from the Mother and Toddler Group with regard to the type of equipment required. It is hoped more volunteers will come forward to enable funds to be raised.

New Seat (Arrow Lane) - This has been delivered and a suitable position to be found to place this.

Litter Pick - Confirmation has been received from Wychavon District Council that the parish have been accepted for this scheme. Details to be forwarded to the WI who had expressed an interest in carrying out this task.

Parish Paths Scheme - It is hoped to replace some of the existing stiles with kissing gates.
