Substitute Ben fits the bill!

Cheltenham Saras IV 1, Tewkesbury Tn 2 TEWKESBURY made hard work of overcoming a side that sits near the bottom of the table.

They started brightly but the final ball was often poor allowing Saracens to defend effectively.

Keeper Matt Burton gifted the home side the opener just minutes after he had done well to prevent Saracens scoring from the penalty mark.

Town then had a number of shots but the home keeper denied them until Lee Watts drilled in the leveller from close-range.

The match was even most of the way through the second half until ten minutes from time when Burton started the move for the winner.

Leom Holley was found in space on the right by his long throw and a quick through ball was converted by substitute Ben Jackson.

Overall, Town deserved the points but they will need to play better on Saturday fourth-placed Tivoli Rovers.
