Chance to get on county courts

THE Worcestershire Schools Association is holding trials for its junior county squads on Sunday, June 22 at The Elgar Technology College near Worcester.

The trials will take the form of a girls and boys singles tournament with prizes for the winners and runners- up supplied by Maurice Robinson Sports.

England and Worcestershire coach, Lorraine Cole, said: "We hope to see lots of new faces. Anyone who lives or goes to school in Worcestershire and was born on or after January 1, 1992 is eligible to play for the county.

"The trials are always good fun and everyone is friendly, so don't be afraid to come and have a go."
