Dudley ladies have the opportunity to get in shape for summer with an Exercise for Free Week at Energie Fitness for Women whilst offering donation support to leading heart charity, the British Heart Foundation.

The Fitness Club in Old Park Road is staging the event week beginning Monday July 13.

Recent statistics suggest that seven out of ten adults don’t do enough physical activity and this increases their risk of heart disease.

The BHF advocate that to set a goal of building up to at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity on at least five days a week will lead to better health benefits.

The technogym circuit at Energie Fitness is ideal for ladies seeking to combine their fitness with a busy lifestyle and for those with mobility issues or just requiring a stress buster, the Vibrogym provides the answer.
