Tewkesbury business supports local school

A TEWKESBURY business has donated £240 to a school to help provide the best for the pupils.
Basepoint Tewkesbury held a fundraising event to raise the cash for Alderman Knight School, which teaches children aged four to 16 with learning difficulties.
Claire Vagges, centre manager at Basepoint Tewkesbury, said: “We’re pleased to donate this money to our chosen charity, Alderman Knight School, and that so many people in the local community participated in the name of a great cause.
“The fundraiser was also an opportunity for businesses in the area to come together and meet, as we’re often approached by SMEs who miss the social aspect of being part of a large organisation.”
