Branding Upton

A PUBLIC exhibition showcasing ideas to establish a new “brand” for Upton-upon-Severn is taking place this week.

Upton Town Partnership, Upton Tourism and Trade Association and Upton Town Council have been working together to establish a stronger identity for the riverside tourist town.

Results from a “branding exercise”, which include print, web, street design and merchandising products, will be on display in the former RSPCA shop in the High Street on Monday morning and afternoons between Tuesday-Friday.

Would be nice if the design work could also be put on-line with some descriptions and commentary.

Seen them, no complete detail unfortunately, though appreciated; it ought not be for the Upton local site to do the work for the town. UTP, UTTA and UTC need to work more professionally.
