COLIN The Crocodile Copper will be in Tewkesbury next week as his ‘Thank You For Keeping Me Safe Campaign’ is rolled out across Gloucestershire.

Colin, along with colleagues at Gloucestershire Police including Chief Constable Suzette Davenport, along with representatives from Tewkesbury Borough Council and Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service will be at Tewkesbury Church of England School, Chance Street, Tewkesbury, at 2.30pm, on Tuesday.

Tuesday’s event is the first time that Colin will venturing outside of Stroud District after the successful launch of schemes in Stonehouse, Stroud and Nailsworth over the past year.

The campaign, with the aim of educating parents through the pupils on safe and responsible driving around schools was originally launched at the Park Infant and ParkJunior Schools in Stonehouse in February 2013.
