A MAN carrying a carrier bag full of cash was mugged outside Tewkesbury Post Office.
The man, an employee of One Stop in Barton Street was taking the money to pay in at the post office at about 10.20 on Monday morning.
It was snatched from his hands by a man on bike who rode off down Quay Street.
He is described as having a slight build and wearing a black hooded top.
The victim was not seriously hurt.
Police are examining CCTV film of the incident, and would also like to hear from anyone who saw the incident, but whom they have not already spoken to.
They are particularly keen to speak to two women who were seen the near the post office at the time of the attack.
