THREE Conservative members of Tewkesbury Town Council lost their seats in yesterday's election - but two others joined the authority.

The full list of councillors is: Mythe Ward: Philip Noel Workman; Newtown: Tina Marie Brookes, Andy Smith, Vernon Dennis Smith; Priors Park: Brian Charles Calway, Barbara Anne Cromwell, Jimmy Fitzpatrick, Ian James King, Valerie Ann Vedmore, Claire Wright; Tewkesbury Town & Mitton: John Dixon, Elaine Ann Hancox, Chuck Pavey, Geoff Pope, Kenneth Malcolm Powell, Mike Stimiak.

Tories Peter Aldrige, Graham Dawson and John Badham lost their seats but two new Conservative councillors - Valeria Vedmore and Elaine Hancox were elected.

The elections were caused by boundary changes.
