TWO men and a 17-year-old girl have appeared at Gloucester Crown Court charged with offences including conspiring to commit grievous bodily harm.
Gareth Evans, 21, of Perry Hill, Tewkesbury, Gary Hearn, 23, of Margaret Road, and the girl, who cannot be named, spoke only to confirm their names during their brief court appearance.
All three are charged with conspiring to pervert the course of justice and conspiring to commit grievous bodily harm.
The court heard that there would be a trial - likely to last at least five days - and Judge Michael Harington set a timetable towards it.
He told them they would be back before the court on September 12 when they would be expected to enter their pleas to the charges.
A trial date was set for December 1 this year.
Evans and Hearn were remanded in custody and the girl was granted bail.
