Witnesses to shoplifting incident asked to come forward

A MAN seen running away from the scene of a theft in Tewkesbury is being urged to come forward to help police with their enquiries.

The incident took place on Saturday, June 28 at around 3pm on Tewkesbury High Street and saw two boxed items stolen from Rage hairdressing salon. Any witnesses to the theft are being asked to come forward.

The man running away from the scene who police wish to trace was wearing a a dark coloured hoody and dark jogging bottoms. It is thought that the man was spotted by a member of the public.
