TEWKESBURY police are trying to trace a man who stopped to help following a collision on Mythe Road in Tewkesbury last Friday (16).
The incident, which occurred at about 9.55pm, saw a red Ford Focus end up in a ditch. The driver left the scene and it is believed a person then gave them a lift home.
Officers want to speak to this individual.
It is thought this person may have picked up the driver in the Mythe Road area between 11pm and 11.30pm.
A 32-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving and has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
