Police are appealing for witnesses after a 17-year-old girl was assaulted in Bishop's Cleeve.
The girl, who has not been named, was walking along Mill Parade with a friend at about 3pm on Sunday, October 15.
She saw a man lying on the ground and went to see if he needed help.
He jumped up and another man and two women joined him
One of the women slapped the girl on the face and one of the men kicked her.
She was bruised but did not require treatment for her injuries.
Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has any other information.
