Families work up a healthy appetite

Family learning week was a great hit at the Early Year's Centre and Queen Margaret's school in Tewkesbury.

Pupils and their parents came together to learn about healthy eating, including how to make a delicious and nutritious sandwich and planting and growing in the garden.

There were also visits from the Roses Theatre, with a story telling and mime session.

A lasting memorial to the week was also created when everyone involved in the event helped plant pieces of willow, which will eventually grow to form a tunnel.
