First published in News

CROOME Park will be hosting a summer evening walk in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care later this summer.

The 10k walk, taking place on Saturday, August 25, will raise money to help Marie Curie Nurses provide more free care to people with terminal illnesses in their own homes.

This walk is one of a series of unique Walk Ten events taking place at 25 locations across the UK.

The Croome event starts at 6pm and following the walk there will be fun activities throughout the evening.

These will include fireworks, live music and a food to celebrate the work of Marie Curie Nurses.

Registration is £10 per person and everyone is encouraged to raise as much as possible.

To register for your nearest Walk Ten, or for more information, go to mariecurie.org.uk or call 08700 340 0 4 0 .
