Tewkesbury car hits boy

A 13-year-old boy suffered serious injuries in a collision in Tewkesbury yesterday.
He was struck by a silver Ford Focus close to Mitton Manor Garage on Bredon Road at about 4.45pm.
The boy, from Tewkesbury, was airlifted to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol with serious injuries and is now stable.
The car driver, a 28-year-old man, was uninjured.
Anyone who witnessed the crash and has not yet spoken to police should call 101, quoting incident 380 of September 2.
