The Tewkesbury Smoothie will be chosen at this weekend's Food and Drink Festival.
Local youngsters were asked to draw a picture a picture of their smoothy, using paints, crayons or collage, list the ingredients and say why it should be chosen as The Tewkesbury Smoothie.
The two best entrants have been invited to the festival to make their smoothy and the overall winner will be selected by chef Rob Rees.
It will be on sale at Cascades for a month after the festival, and the winner will receive a £20 book voucher.
The festival which takes place on the Vineyard on Saturday and Sunday May 3-4, will also include cookery demonstrations, from clelrity chef Paul Rankin, beer and wine tastings, and a food hall with over 60 stalls ladened with the finest local foods from bread and cheese, to ice cream, sausages and fresh vegetables.
The weekend will also see the return of last year's very popular Vegetable Olympics..
The Festival is open from 10am to 5pm both days Entry is £4.50 for adults, and£1 for under 16s.
Under threes get in free.
