BOURTON Roadrunners juniors bagged Gloucestershire AAA Cross-country Championships medals.

Lucy Griffin won an under 11s girls’ silver in six minutes 25 seconds, Bethan Powell was fourth in 6.37 and Kate Edgerton 13th in 7.23, ensuring a silver team medal.

Issy Kiey-Thomas was 18th in 7.44, Laura Hemming 23rd in 7.55 and Libby Herbert 24th in 8.03 in Gloucester.

In the under 11s boys, Dylan Williams took silver in 6.10. Max Pinkham was seventh in 6.32 and Elliot England 14th in 6.46 to secure a team silver. Charlie Davidson finished 15th in 7.08.

In the under 13s girls, Niamh Powell won silver in 12.34. Felicity Darwent was fourth in 12.48 and Gabby Jones 11th in 13.56 to collect another silver team medal.

Alfie Howells-Smith was fifth in the under 15s boys in 19.50, Tom Pinkham 10th in 20.47 and Jo Salf 13th in 21.32 for team silver yet again.
