Key win for struggling Winchcombe Town

WINCHCOMBE Town secured a vital Gloucestershire Northern Senior League Division One win over local rivals Bredon.
The Gloucestershire side triumphed 3-2 at home and will look to move up from third-from-bottom position with another positive result at Smiths Athletic on Saturday (3pm).
In Division Two, Luke Bayliss and Ben Shurmer scored in Moreton Rangers’ 2-2 draw at Longford and Bourton Rovers lost 4-2 at home to Real Whaddon.
On Saturday, Bourton host basement boys Soudley and Moreton entertain Abbeymead Rovers in a top-five clash (both 3pm).
