Fintan hit for six as United go goal crazy

EVESHAM United got into their stride after a slow start with a 6-0 win over Fintan in Cheltenham Youth League Under 14s Division One.

Dan Tustin scored the first goal followed by Tom Leonard who then found Dom Taylor to make it 3-0 at half-time.

After the break, the goals continued with George Robinson hitting a brace and Leonard beating three players before smashing home the sixth goal.

• Badsey Rangers won 3-2 at Westbury Celtic Spartans in Ambassador Evesham League Under 12s Pool ‘C’ despite being understrength.

Keeper Adam Ballard made a fine save before Badsey went ahead through playerof- the-match Owain Hann from Matt Child’s pass.

Westbury levelled but Hann ensured the visitors led 2-1 at half-time and Alfredo Botella La Grange increased the lead before they conceded to a rare defensive error.
