CHILDSWICKHAM Gun Club’s latest clay shoot saw members battle for the Russell Bindoff Prize and John Gazey Memorial Trophy.

The testing 40-target layout was shot using a handicap system based on average scores throughout the year compiled by club secretary and treasurer Allan Clayton.

In almost perfect weather conditions, Paul Colley took the honours with a handicapped score of 46 ahead of Dave Lindup (43).

A shoot-off for third place was won by Danny Andrews with 39 over Dave Coe.
