ALL-weather pitches at Winchcombe and Tewkesbury meant three games survived the continuing poor weather in the Birdseye Sports Evesham Sunday Football League.

Tewkesbury Town moved three points clear at the top of Division Two with a hard-fought 3-2 win over Tesco United.

Town were two goals up through Petitt and Compton before Tesco struck back through A Stevens and Will Stevens.

Five minutes from the end, Halling struck the winner for Tewkesbury.

In Division Four, Tewkesbury Town Reserves remained fourth following a four-goal win over Bengeworth with Tarling (2), May and Cox on target.

Sun Inn moved into second place with a 4-2 victory over Stour Excelsior Reserves as second-half goals from Will Major, Ed Major, Parry and Allen cancelled out efforts from Coe and Waller.
