New season in Division One for Bredon

PROMOTED Bredon begin life in Gloucestershire Northern Senior League Division One on Saturday at Harrow Hill (3pm).
They finished third in Division Two last season with 19 wins from 30 fixtures and now aim to make a similar impression at the higher level.
Bredon’s Reg Davis Memorial Cup campaign ended in the second round with a 5-4 home defeat to Sharpness on penalties after drawing 2-2.
They thrashed Tuffley Rovers Reserves 7-1 at the previous stage.
