OWAIN Hann scored a hattrick as Badsey Rangers Under 12s put a dreadful start behind them to defeat Droitwich Tigers U12s 4-1 in their Ambassador League.

Rangers were behind after just 15 seconds after they lost the ball straight from the kick-off and were punished by the visitors.

Badsey, however, drew level when John Barradell split the Tigers defence for Hann to out-pace his defender and fire into the corner.

Two minutes later, Hann grabbed his second with a near carbon copy of the first with Barradell the provider.

With a minute of the firsthalf remaining, Matt Child picked out Alfredo Botella La Grange and he drilled the ball home for Rangers’ third.

Badsey added a fourth with eight minutes left, Botella La Grange crossing for man-ofthe- match Hann to complete his hat-trick.

They currently have two teams playing in the Mercian Festival Junior League on Saturday mornings, while training takes place at Evesham United’s Jubilee Stadium on Mondays from 6pm to 7.30pm.
