Ballet provides a comprehensive mix of motion, co-ordination, endurance and strength.
My classes will improve your posture and flexibility, promoting grace and a sense of general well-being.
All Classes given by Alexandra Howarth, qualified Ballet Teacher (Royal Ballet School).
Adults (18+) of all ages and ability are welcome to attend these small, friendly and encouraging sessions.
